The Summit County Council is seeking individuals to fill one vacancy on the South Summit Cemetery Maintenance District Board of Trustees. The Board is to provide for the public health, safety, and general welfare of the residents living within the jurisdictional boundaries of the district. The district is authorized to provide cemetery services through facilities or systems acquired or constructed for that purpose through construction, purchase, lease, contract, gift or condemnation or any combination thereof. The Board meets in Kamas on the third Tuesday of each month.
