The Summit County Council, acting in its capacity as the appointing authority of Summit County Service Area No. 3, hereby announces one vacancy available on the Summit County Service Area No. 3 Board of Trustees. Utah Code § 20A-1-512(2) authorizes the Summit County Council to fill midterm vacancies on the Summit County Service Area No. 3 Board of Trustees that have been vacant for more than 90 days.
The vacancy that requires County appointment is the seat from Lower Silver Creek (Plats D, E, F, H, and I) to replace Henry Adams. Eligible applicants shall be a registered voter at their residence within the Service Area and reside within Lower Silver Creek.
The Board meets at least once a month, typically on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
