You may request a list of registered voters within Summit County. You may also request a Voted Report Subscription that begins the day ballots are mailed. To request a voter list or to sign up for the report subscription, please complete this FORM and return it to the Summit County Clerk's Office by email to elections@summitcountyutah.gov or in person at the Summit County Clerk's Office.

District 4 (orange on the map) and District 5 (yellow on the map) are up for election this year (2026). Only residents in those districts will see a County Council race on their ballots.
Candidates interested in gathering signatures or running as unaffiliated should contact the Summit County Clerk's Office for guidance. This does not apply to local school board candidates.

Unaffiliated candidates (those filing without party affiliation) must have all petition signatures gathered and verified by the Clerk's Office BEFORE a Certificate of Nomination can be accepted. Candidates must file financial disclosures 2 weeks before the Primary and General Elections and 30 days after the General Election.
Candidates may submit a profile for posting on vote.utah.gov by Friday, May 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM for the Primary Election and by Friday, September 4, 2026, for the General Election.
